LABOUR FORCE
This series focuses on the labour that sustains the afterlife of tyres in Lagos. It follows roadside vulcanizers, collectors, sorters, transporters, and factory workers whose skills and routines keep tyres in circulation beyond the vehicle. Moving across repair sites, streets, aggregation spaces, and industrial interiors, the work pays attention to gestures, tools, and embodied knowledge — forms of labour that are largely informal, often overlooked, and essential to the city’s movement.
